Q: Is the hair reusable?
A: Yes! Just wash, condition, and reinstall your extensions.
Q: Can our Brazilian hair be bleached or dyed?
A: Yes, our hair can be bleached and dyed. We advise that you get your extensions colored by a professional to avoid the possibility of over processing, this can cause damage to your hair, and we don’t want that!
Q: Does the hair shed?
A: Minimal shedding can occur! This means the hair will never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Heat damage, over processing or lack of moisture and conditioner will cause shedding, so be sure to apply heat protectant before thermal use. Always let a licensed professional color your extensions and remember shampoo & condition your hair extensions using sulfate-free products! (weekly or bi-weekly if needed)
Q: Does the hair tangle?
A: Initially it does not tangle. The hair will begin to tangle due to dryness if it needs to be shampooed and deep conditioned.
Q: What shampoo and conditioner should I use on my extensions?
A: Use a shampoo with oil in it (for example: argan oil, morocco oil, and keratin oil). As for conditioner, use a moisturizing conditioner!
Q: How many bundles do I need?
A: We suggest that for:
•Lengths 12-16" you will need 2 bundles or more
•Lengths 18-24" you will need 3 bundles or more
•Lengths 26” & up you will need 4 bundles or more
*These suggestions are based upon installs with lace closures and frontals*
Q: How do I properly take care of my human hair blend wig?
A: ALWAYS comb/brush your units from ends to root•AT NIGHT: Please braid your wavy/curly units and straight units put into a loose ponytail and keep your hair wrapped up with a silk/satin bonnet or scarf to ensure longevity for your unit.

Q: Do you install bundles or wigs?
A:Yes! All of our higher end wigs come with a free install and wigs from our affordable collection come with half off installs. For bundles, we have a quickweave package deal
Q: When will items be restocked?
A: Items are restocked on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
